As some you already know, I’m trying to change my morning routine by taking the Make Over Your Mornings course by Crystal Paine. The course is only 14 days, but I like to go through it over and over again, because it keeps me motivated and reminds me of why I’m doing this in the first place. Today I’m focusing on Day 7 which is about finding an accountability partner to help you stay on track with your goals.

I think the reason I struggle so much with getting up early is my lack of accountability. I know I should have an accountability partner, and I’ve thought really hard about who that might be, but at this point there’s no one that I know who is taking the course or who just wants to create better morning habits. My biggest accountability partner has been my blog where I share with you my successes, goals and failures. And this means so much! I never would have gotten even this far without sharing my struggles on the way.
That’s why, I want to encourage you to find an accountability partner right at the very beginning when you decide to challenge yourself with a new goal or sequence of tasks you don’t feel very comfortable with. Knowing that you’re not alone in this and having someone who shares the same struggles and who is willing to keep you on track, makes it so much easier to overcome them!
I know that sharing difficulties isn’t easy. But it is so essential for overcoming them easily! It’s such a relief to let go of your worries by sharing them with another person who probably even goes through the same thing himself! It’s also important to share our successes in order to stay motivated and to motivate others on their journey.
And because this particular course is very important for me and I believe that it has the power to change anyone’s life, if you decide to give it a try but can’t think of an accountability partner (or need more), you can always send me a message and I would be happy to keep you accountable and to cheer for you on your Make Over Your Mornings journey.
You can also find other people who’re taking the course by using the hashtag makeoveryourmornings.
