Every day (Monday through Saturday) I post a daily quote on my Instagram and Facebook pages. On Sunday I write a post inspired by the quote that has received most likes on both social media. This week that is “Everything you can imagine is real.” by Pablo Picasso.
How many times has it happened to you to consider something as completely impossible or improbable? Probably a lot. And how many times were you astounded to find that it is, in fact, possible; to see people accomplish it despite the low probability of success? I know it has happened to me numerous times.
Today’s technologies are a great example to prove that, indeed, everything you can imagine is real. Who would have thought just 10 years ago what today will look like? It’s amazing! And if that goes for technology, innovation and science, it certainly goes for us too.
The only limits that exist are the ones we create ourselves. We tend to put subconscious boundaries to all our thoughts, actions and expectations. We often judge more than we perceive.
But if we let go for a moment of all those inner boundaries and restrictions, we might be capable of miracles. We might achieve results we never even dreamed of. And that is called success.
In order to achieve our ambitions and dreams, we have to let go. Let go of the uneasiness; let go of the uncertainty; let go of other people’s judgment.
There will be hard times and at some point we might fail. Actually, we might fail a lot. But failure is precious knowledge that leads to future success.
Let’s think about our dreams and desires and how we can make them possible. Let’s stop finding excuses and start today. There will come a day when we’ll be happy we did it.
My dream is to have a successful business, while at the same time being a stay-at-home-mom. To accomplish that, I’ve tried (and keep trying) different ways to earn additional income for our family. It’s not much now, but every bit makes me so happy, that I start jumping around like crazy:)
What are your dreams and expectations for the future? What do you do to accomplish them or what’s keeping you back? Share with us in the comments below.
